The journal historisch.kritisch.gegenwärtig is freely accessible and digital.
In the hkg - Journal of the Lower Saxony Memorials Foundation, we publish academic articles on the history of National Socialism and its aftermath. These can be studies of historical matters and how National Socialism was dealt with after 1945 with the accompanying legal, social and political consequences. We welcome analyses in the field of (comparative) memory culture as well as educational and memorial work, including issues and topics pertaining to evaluation research which are relevant to the present day.
The journal fulfils current academic standards of peer review and at the same time offers great visibility for your research results. Publications are possible in both German and English.
